01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the id8888 platform (the "Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content available therein, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the id8888 Platform. id8888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the id8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of id8888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the id8888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by id8888 or any relevant regulatory authority.

id8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the id8888 Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. id8888 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Keep your id8888 Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify id8888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

id8888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Account balances associated with fraudulent or duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

id8888 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your id8888 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. id8888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. id8888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Processing Times: id8888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. id8888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

id8888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

id8888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• id8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• id8888 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any bonus or promotion.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the id8888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• id8888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, id8888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, id8888 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• id8888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. id8888 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the id8888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing id8888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the id8888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of id8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non -exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the id8888 Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform or its software.
• Use any id8888 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of id8888 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by id8888.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, id8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

The id8888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. id8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall id8888's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your id8888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

id8888 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on the id8888 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transaction records, gameplay history, and device information.

id8888 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Abusive behavior toward id8888 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination, id8888 will process any remaining verified balance in your account, subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, fees, or amounts owed to id8888. Accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may have their balances forfeited in full.

You may also close your id8888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the id8888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, id8888 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
